Our team of highly skilled Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and Registered Behavioral technicians (RBTs) work together to tailor treatment plans to each individual, fostering personal growth and independence.

Submit Required Documents
To begin the process of receiving ABA services, the first step is to submit an intake form. Once you’ve completed the intake form, our intake coordinator will work closely with you to obtain the remaining documents, including CDE, progress notes, and a referral. We’re here to guide you through the process and look forward to assisting you!

Initial Assessment
The initial assessment involves a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) evaluating a potential client to determine their needs and create a personalized treatment plan. This assessment is crucial in setting a baseline to measure future progress! Once completed, we submit the assessment to the client’s insurance for approval.

Services Begin
When ABA services commence, the client receives individualized support from a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). Our professional team comprised of Dedicated BCBAs and RBTs focuses on implementing evidence-based strategies to promote positive behavior change and skill development. We prioritize the client’s progress and well-being throughout the treatment process.
